We offer free secured shipping on every EU or International order. To make your Danir Jewelry purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all orders from Belgium or The Netherlands.

Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

At Danir Jewelry, we understand that jewelry is often given for special surprise occasions such as an engagement. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise.

Special arrangements, such as Saturday delivery, delivery on a particular date, or holding at a FedEx location, can be made by calling us at +32 34400058. All orders are presented in distinctive certified packaging!

Shipping Policies

For your protection, Danir Jewelry always: Insures and registers all items for their full value. Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. International shipments can be processed online.

Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information. For orders shipped outside to EU, please check with your countries IMPORT and DUTIES charges.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any international shipping questions. We are committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Danir Jewelry within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

Create Your Own Diamond Ring: 

These items are custom made and need about 5-7 working days for production.

Wedding Rings: 

These items are custom made and need about 5-7 working days for production.

Jewelry: 

These items are custom made and need about 5-7 working days for production.

Exceptions: 

Danir Jewelry prides itself for customized designs and production in in-store atelier.

However, some models are specially ordered from Italy and will take upon 3-4 weeks for delivery. This will be specified in the description of these items.
